Delete your PDFUP account
In the app (immediate)
- Open PDFUP and tap the profile icon (top right).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and its profile data are deleted immediately.
Without the app
Send an email to info@cemkorkmaz.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “PDFUP account deletion”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (Firebase Authentication): user ID, email address, name, sign-in method.
- Your profile record: app language, account creation and last sign-in times.
- Feedback messages you sent from the app, if you ask for it in your request.
What is kept
Nothing is kept on our servers after deletion. Your PDF documents never leave your device, so they are not affected; Premium purchases are managed by Google Play and remain tied to your Google Play account.

Giriş yaptığınız adresten info@cemkorkmaz.com adresine “PDFUP hesap silme” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Hesap 30 gün içinde silinir ve e-postayla bildirilir.
Silinenler
- Oturum hesabınız (Firebase Authentication): kullanıcı kimliği, e-posta, ad, giriş yöntemi.
- Profil kaydınız: uygulama dili, hesap oluşturma ve son giriş zamanı.
- İsterseniz uygulamadan gönderdiğiniz geri bildirim mesajları.
Saklananlar
Silme sonrasında sunucularımızda hiçbir veri tutulmaz. Belgeleriniz cihazınızdan hiç çıkmaz; Premium satın alımları Google Play hesabınıza bağlı kalır.
